MEET SOFIA HAYAT
I’ve been practicing aesthetics for nearly ten years, and in that time, I’ve seen trends come and go. I hold a Master’s in Aesthetics, undertaken in the UK and OFQUAL-recognised, ensuring I bring a high level of skill, education, and clinical understanding to every treatment. While I have access to a wide range of advanced technologies, I’ve learned to stick with what truly works — the treatments that deliver consistent, proven results for my clients.
Working with so many women over the years has taught me that ageing is influenced by far more than just skin — it’s deeply connected to nutrition, mental health, hormones, and lifestyle. Many of my clients tell me I look young for my age; I do my own treatments, but I also meditate, eat well, and consciously manage my stress. I love sharing this holistic approach with the beautiful, high-energy people who walk into my clinic — helping them feel and look their best, inside and out.
