We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to medical history information and other situations not listed. If you think you may have a medical condition that may prohibit your treatment, please call us or email us. Deposit is not refundable. The deposit is taken off the treatment should you go ahead. If you do not turn up to your appointment, your deposit maybe forfeited.
